Horns in the House
Funk/Dance

Horns in the House are an 8 piece band with a strong but musically sensitive ensemble sound, energized by punctuating horns and multi vocal blends.

A female vocal lead is complimented by four distinct male vocal leads and background harmonies.

The horn section includes Trumpet/Flugelhorn, Trombone/Flute and Saxophones.

Rounding off the rhythm section is Guitar/Acoustic & Electric, Piano/Organ, Bass and Drums/Percussion.

This combination of musicians provides enough variety to cover all styles of music including Swing, R & B, Classic Rock, Disco, Blues and contemporary Top 40. With over 200 titles on the song list, Horns in the House is able to please all musical appetites and encourage requests.

Horns in the House are led by George Murphy, a veteran performer with over 30 years in the music business, and thousands of performances under his belt!

Dear George- Thank you so much for playing at our New Years Eve wedding in Newport. The music was fantastic and you had the crowd rockin'. We were so happy to see the dance floor packed with young and old guests. The countdown to midnight was great and it got even more people out to celebrate and dance. Dear George, Just a quick note to thank you and the band for making our May 17th wedding so spectacular!
