Leaving Araby has been very candid about their purpose and drive, frontman Justin Reynolds describes the band as “not only a musical vehicle for what we’re living and laughing and crying and struggling through, but also a means to connect with other people on a very real, very deep level and change people’s perceptions of what it is to be a band. Yes this is what we’re doing for a living but we’d rather develop something meaningful than try and sell you a product.
