Montana, 1948
Montana, 1948
Montana, 1948, a group that was once a seemingly only a mere local outfit based out of San Francisco, just recently released their debut EP, “Tiny Drawings,” (Now available on iTunes, Rhapsody, and Amazon). Comprised of vocalist/lyricist Ryan Lafferty (vocals/rhythm guitar) in combination with Dan Prull (guitar), Charlie Maynard (drums), and Raza Malik (bass), the group has made an extremely swift jump into the west coast music scene. The band’s melodic yet explosive blend of indie/alternative rock with ambient overtones and driving lead lines offers listeners an escape into something fresh and sonically it’s own. It’s evident that this talented group showcases immense potential for great things to come. With shows all over the West Coast, (including L.A. all the way up to Porltand and Seattle) it’d be mistake not to catch them at one of their live performances.
