MOONGLOW is a high-energy six piece band featuring the vocal talents of Michael Payette and Melissa Bolling.
Michael was a founding member of two of the most sought after function bands in the area before forming MOONGLOW. He is a well respected member of the Greater Boston musical community, and his bass playing and strong vocal ability are always in demand. Michael has also sung on numerous radio and television Ads in the Boston market (he just finished a jingle for the “99 Restaurant,” so keep your ears open). He was recently featured in a presentation at the Charles Hayden Planetarium in Boston’s Museum of Science
Melissa has been singing and performing since the age of seven. While performing in the Boston area, she was recognized by local singing group "Nuance", and toured parts of the United States for 4 years. Melissa is currently working on the completion of her debut album and has released a single, which can be heard on one of Boston’s popular radio stations, WILD 1090. Melissa is also a talented songwriter and writes for new and upcoming artists. In addition to Michael’s singing and bass playing & Melissa’s powerful vocals, MOONGLOW’S lineup is rounded out with drums, keyboards, guitar and saxophone.
