One of the best aspects about working together is that we get to play hundreds of songs from all areas of popular music - from swing to great classic rock and soul to the better material heard on the radio right now. Please view the songlist for Boston wedding and party band Shine to get more of an idea of our huge repertoire. From quiet cocktail receptions to full scale dance parties, SHINE provides entertainment throughout New England with the majority of engagements being in the Boston area. We have also been fortunate to play at a few noteworthy corporate events in California and Washington, D.C. (luckily we didn’t have to drive). Shine is a carefully rehearsed group of full time musicians who have performed both nationally and internationally. In addition to performing on local radio spots and on over twenty-five CDs, band members have appeared live with Peter Wolfe, the Temptations, Carly Simon, James Brown, Delbert McClinton, Natalie Cole, the Fabulous Thunderbirds, Roberta Flack, James Montgomery, The Berklee College of Music Faculty All-Stars, Aretha Franklin, Rebecca Paris and more.…
