Rates
Renter must adhere to all forthcoming contract requirements:
- One Day rental: $3500.00 vs. 10% ($5000.00 cap)
- Two Day rental: $6500.00 vs. 10% ($7500.00 cap)
- All rentals are four wall
- $0.50 theater restoration fee to be paid by promoter, by each ticket buyer, to venue
- Merchandising: 20% renter sells
- Refundable Security Deposit ($1000.00) due with signed contract within 30 days
- A non-refundable 50% rental deposit fee due upon signing of contract within 30 days
- Balance of fee to be paid one week prior to scheduled performance
- Police detail (amt. tba) to be scheduled through MCACCC at $35.00 p/hr. (4 hour min.
- Load in, out or rehearsal: $750.00 per day (8 hours w/event at theater)
- House Production Mgr: $250.00 per day (any day - 10 hours)
- 4 House Staff: $150.00 per day (show day only – 5 hours) ($150.00 orchestra only)
- Box Office: 3% / $200.00 week
- Certain concessions (food, refreshments, beer & wine) fees apply, with proper licenses (per approval of venue mgmt.)
- Renter must supply references and prospectus of event
- Pyrotechnics are not allowed in theater
