- Depending on the time-line, we will perform a fax, e-mail and postal campaign to all pertinent editors, critics, writers & media programmers making them aware of your event either locally, regionally or nationally. We will supply to them a custom written press release of your event along with a custom event package including pictures, biography, sound recording, dates etc. This package will impress upon the media the significance of your event.
- We will "court" certain and all significant writers, journalists and programmers for event coverage. Because of the many years of association in the entertainment industry, working on a first name basis with the key people within the advertising and promotional fields, with the utmost integrity, allows us to be very accommodating for your next event.
- All promotional efforts will be covered including, but not limited to radio, TV, print, e-mail, the Web, live advertising support. Every aspect of any event can be covered. All radio campaigns, regardless of size, will include integral placement, ticket giv-a-ways, interviews etc. in commercial as well as non-commercial stations.
- If there is a media time buy (radio, TV, print) involved with your production, we will interpret where the budget is best spent and manipulate the maximum benefit out of the media source. (ROH's, overnites, prime time, combo print etc.)
- Working with Artist mgt. (when available) We will arrange all personal promotional appearances including
In-stores, In-studios, signings, meet & greets, press conferences, phoners etc.
