Our experimental learning programs focus on enhancing specific work place behaviors. By combining whimsical games and activities with professional facilitation and debriefing, employees make a better connection to why they act the way they do. Bomb field, human scrabble, river stones, and mastermind are just some of our favorites.
Scavenger Expedition
We've taken the old idea of a scavenger hunt and put a new teambuilding twist on it. Teams are armed with instant or digital cameras, pages of riddles and lots of clues in hopes that they will be able to accomplish their mission. Teams are required to take pictures of themselves at certain Boston landmarks with City locals and other secret twists. Each item is worth a certain amount of points. The harder the item to find, the higher the point value. Communication skills, creativity, brainstorming, and time management are a must. Who will have office bragging rights?
Corporate Survivor
A new approach to teambuilding takes employees out of the workplace into the great outdoors. Allow us to arrange a white water rafting trip, hiking expedition or rock climbing excursion for all of your workers. Campfire skits, sing alongs, and other interactive games make this the perfect choice for companies wanting something different.
Olympic Team Challenge
Our most popular teambuilding program available the Olympic Team Challenge requires you to utilize both your physical and mental self to win the gold medal. Teams rotate through a series of interactive inflatables competing in challenges such as sumo wrestling, human foosball, rock climbing, barrel racing and much more. Our Olympic Team Challenge award ceremony and presentation of the championship trophy promotes both a friendly yet competitive atmosphere. Great for sales teams!
Ice Breaker Workshops
Have one of our professional facilitators come and break the ice at your next meeting or tradeshow. Whether it's categories or the human treasure hunt our activities are bound to get people interacting in no time.
Game Show Mania
A great add on to any one of our other teambuilding programs, game show mania is the Jeopardy style television brought right to you. Complete with lit up game stations, digital scoring, music and a game show host this activity gets everyone involved. For enhanced learning try company trivia or team play. Prizes for our winning team make this a game show that has to be won.
Corporate Games
Ready for some good old fashioned fun. Have one of our game consultants facilitate volley ball, horse shoes, sack races, tower building, bungee launch, tug of war and much more. Colored team t-shirts and a fun award ceremony make corporate games a program that is simple yet extremely effective.
